7-Year Ginseng: 6-9 roots per pound.

5-Year Ginseng: 8-12 roots per pound.

4-Year Ginseng: 10-16 roots per pound.

Two weeks short-term preservation, can be refrigerated; long-term preservation needs freezing. Great for soups.
